个人简介

一、基本情况:

阙妙玲,女,硕士生导师。2012年在燕山大学获电子信息科学与技术专业学士学位,同年先后获燕山大学优秀毕业生奖、河北省优秀毕业生奖;2017年在中科院国家纳米科学中心获物理化学专业博士学位;2018年入职yd2333云顶电子游戏yd2333云顶电子游戏。

二、主要研究领域及学术成就:

本人主要从事低维半导体材料与器件的研究,包括微纳米材料合成、微纳器件结构设计与制备、纳米发电机等。在该研究领域已参与完成科学研究项目5项,目前正在主持江苏省自然科学青年基金项目1项(BK20180966)。近年来发表研究论文10余篇,获实用新型专利授权2项,已申请发明专利1项。
